Rough road surface of Pebble Byway

Hi the management,

Why don't you guys fix the rough surface at Pebble Byway. It's so bad that it'll damage vehicle if people don't drive carefully.... If that happens, we have to pay for repair....?!

The big opening on the road has been there for many months. What's going on? Why don't you guys do something about it?

Icy Moonstone Byway

No one came to clear the snow after last week's snow storm. The temperature dropped below zero on Sunday and the road becomes icy. It is dangerous to drive on the road. The sidewalk is also slippery too.

Let's wait and see

The heat was back on Monday evening. We have to wait whether it will be dead again in a few days. It happened many times before.

Heat is back on

I don't know what they did but when I got home tonight the heat was back on. Hope it's been fixed.

No heat

I called Mike (the Superintendent)yesterday - he came to check and put my unit (183) on a list saying there 4 or 5 more units having the same problem(all at 20 Moonstone). Monday they are supposed to bring some technician in to fix the problem(s). What bothers me more, besides not having heat, is that exactly the same thing happened 2 weeks ago, they fixed it after a few days, and now it is back on!

I got the same problem, there is no heat in the living room. Please help to fix ASAP.

No heat in the living room

The heater in my living room seams to be dying again (like it did about 10 days ago) i.e. it's getting cold. The room temperature is under 20 Celsius. This is at 20 Moonstone. Is anyone else having the same trouble?
