This blog has been set up with the intention of giving anyone at Woodbrooke Estates a chance to bring up any issues they may encounter and to give a chance to the property management company to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
This blog is not in anyways related to the Property Management Company of YCC 244 (PMC) , nor to the Board of Directors (BOD).Both PMC and BOD are welcome to check the blog frequently (maybe on daily basis), to take note of the issues, to post replies or to make announcements for the residents.
This blog is not monitored so PLEASE do not post unappropriate materials. I didn't know about the meeting until just a couple of hours before it started, and I only found out because I called the mgt office regarding something else. They need to send these things the owners, not just tenants who live in our unit. Anyway, do you know when sub-metering will start?
ReplyDeleteThey said they are ready to start sub-metering anytime from now but I don't think it will be sooner than next year.
ReplyDeleteThere is an AGM (Annual General Meeting) in November when they will show us the budgets (2010 and 2011) and probably they will start with sub-metering as we enter into the new year. Nothing sure yet. My understanding.
THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SEND THEM TO YOU . NEGLECT ON THERE PART..
