We pay $40/month for the recreation centre ??? ? Unit 182, come on !!!!
Unit 182, can you PROVE how you came up with this number ($40/month for the recreation centre )???
It is HUUUUUUGE if it's real.
I don't beleive it's real, unless you can prove this!!!!
I can tell you this it does cost a lot to run this area, hearing the pool (electric) heating the whole area in the winter (electric )chemicals, upkeep fixing the saunas ( the womens has not worked in ages) Maybe it should be shut down during the winter monthe and only opened from May to October. that would save a lot of money.this has been proposed to the board I know but they are busy with other things.. I haven't seen the men's sauna working last summer went I checked , the gym is in ruins for years now , the swimming pool area is OK now but if it's so expensive it's not worth the expense especially like you say in the winter. Anyway, I still don't get how the 40$/unit/months were calculated and still think it's a huge amount....
IT IS A LARGE AMOUNT AND WILL INCREASE THIS YEAR....THERE ARE OTHER PROBLEMS THAT WERE NOT FIXED WHEN THE LAST BOARD CATHERINE AND DAN JUST QUICKLY SIGNED AT THE LAST MINUTE SO IT WOULD LOOK GOOD FOR THEM...
