This blog has been set up with the intention of giving anyone at Woodbrooke Estates a chance to bring up any issues they may encounter and to give a chance to the property management company to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
This blog is not in anyways related to the Property Management Company of YCC 244 (PMC) , nor to the Board of Directors (BOD).Both PMC and BOD are welcome to check the blog frequently (maybe on daily basis), to take note of the issues, to post replies or to make announcements for the residents.

Besides that, its just a board meeting.

ReplyDeleteSOmeone said that BOB. DAN,NANCY AND TAFT(JUSTIN ) have left us with NO MONEY .Is this true???
ReplyDeleteBefore we all jump to conclusions lets wait and find out from the financial reports what our situation is. If they have left us in a very bad financial position that is probably why the three of them (BOB,DAN AND NANCY ) and TAFT refused to give the new board the financial statements. they may have been hiding the problem and yet, still kept on spending to try and keep their positions on the board.
ReplyDeleteIf this is the case and they have left us in a BAD financial position then they should resign, but judging from their past performance at the AGM by trying to keep NANCY illegally on the board do not expect them to do an HONARABLE thing by resigning. Leopards do not change their spots, so don't expect them to.I am glad that over two thirds of the community saw through them and sent NANCY a strong message...We do not need people like that in a position of trust to be looking after our affairs.
FYI the prior board with BOB,DAN AND CATHERINE unlawfully removed a board member from the board BOB, DAN AND CATHERINE removed the FINANCIAL SECRETARY by a vote held by the three of them which they were told by the previous Management was illegal but continued to vote her off and would not let her back even though she protested her removal. The three of them ( BOB, DAN AND CATHERINE) NEW THAT ONLY THE OWNER CAN REMOVE A BOARD MEMBER. Yet they persisted in ignoring the Law. This shows us that again in the case of NANCY, BOB AND DAN, CHOSE TO IGNORE THE LAW.
ReplyDeleteDo we need people like these looking after our affairs? Can we trust them to be responsible members looking after our affairs?
Their record shows that they are not people that are responsible, and choose to ignore the Law and this community. If they have left us in a poor financial position By spending money to try and save their jobs and hiding our dire financial position they should resign or the owners should remove them.+
This is YOUR MONEY they have been spending there are more pressing things to be done here that TAFT and these three ignored and now will have to be corrected at OUR expense.
Big expenses were done in 2009 and 2010, I think we should be in a good situation, however since there hasn't been a budget in 2010, things could be in a dire situation. We will all know soon in the next agm.

That is probably a good think they were quite arrogant with most people esp.Justin.
ReplyDeleteNow it is time for the new board to show us what they are going to do.
Hopefully the people who caused this problem will resign (no need to name them everyone knows who they are ) and let some dedicated people who have our best interest in mind and not be like the last three who decieved us.
