  1. $500,000.00 HALF A MILLION DOLLARS!!!

At this time the Board of Directors is replacing all the Canet heaters and going back to what was originally installed.
What most people do not know is that they were removed by a board some years ago headed by Steve Willerding.
The initial cost was in excess of $320,000.00. ( three hundred and twenty thousand dollars ) We were told that they would save us thousands of dollars and were maintenance free. Neither of these things were true!
Maintenance of these units has cost us over $ 60,000.00 over the years where as base board heater maintenance is a fraction of that.
Now the Board MUST continue to remove these Canet units and go back to what was originally installed because they are obsolete and parts cannot be obtained and they were installed in the late ‘90s.
Steve’s folly is now responsible for having to replace these out dated and useless units.
The total cost of this including the original installation, maintenance and replacement will be in excess of $500,000.00 ( half a million dollars ). And he now wants to run for the Board again!
Can we afford to have him making more decisions like the ones he has made before…I THINK NOT!
The money that he spent and we are now literally throwing in the garbage could have gone to far better use in proper upkeep of our property. There are others who are better qualified to look after our money and property. PLEASE VOTE FOR THEM! NOT STEVE!

  2. Since Steve quit the board he has done nothing for our community except criticize the work that other people have done. You never see him around helping the community. Why is it that he only shows up at election time?
The person is right in what they say, he cost this community OVER $500,000.00 (FIVE HUNDRED TOUUSAND DOLLARS THROWN IN THE GARBAGE ).

WE CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE HIM BACK!!!!!
