This blog has been set up with the intention of giving anyone at Woodbrooke Estates a chance to bring up any issues they may encounter and to give a chance to the property management company to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
This blog is not in anyways related to the Property Management Company of YCC 244 (PMC) , nor to the Board of Directors (BOD).Both PMC and BOD are welcome to check the blog frequently (maybe on daily basis), to take note of the issues, to post replies or to make announcements for the residents.

This appointment for haozhou should NOT go beyond the 90 Days. This is an abuse of power by this board.will they be hiring themselves as Managers next. The President was once our super if they are (were) problems with the way our corp.is maintained he should have attempted to fix it when he was a super.
Why now does he need someone to tell him what is wrong,if he did his job properly before he would know what is wrong with our maintenence and how to fix it. Supers should be hired from OUTSIDE not from inside so there is no conflict of interest. To vote for his position he (harry) cannot vote for himself only the other board members can do this.
Supers must be change ASAP - this place is dirty and looks much worse than a rental building. All garbage rooms are dirty - entrances and stairs are not cleaned for a year? Rats from the garbage in front of 20 moonstone run everywhere Entries are miserable and full of trash You live in a civilized country – Keep your dirt inside your house – do not turn this place in a trash as you are
I promise to complain to the city and everywhere - until this place will be clean and will not be health hazard
They have no respect for the property or theselves. They leave garbage on the floor of the garbage rooms and on the carpet.They should go live in a slum. If they are hiring from the comunity I,m sure that there are other unemployed owners that may need a job and are more qualified than him and you will be able to understand them.
What is next.... things need fixing here ,not more patch work jobs that end up costing more after fixing 2/3/4 times. It dosen't take a genius to figure that out.
Get with it you promised to make this a better place. DO IT!!!
