Heating
The heat can be turned on at any time you wish. Since you are now paying for your electrical consumption you must ask the office to have your heat turned on and they will send a super to turn it on.
The new heaters just installed don't seem to be very efficient. Need to turn them to the max to start heating. Will see how it goes through the winter. At least- I hope- they can be turned off so they don't eat energy when not needed.....
To save electricty and your money if you are not in a room turn of all lights, upon leaving for the day turn down the heat in unused rooms and close the door, turn up the heat 1/2 hour before going to bed. this will conserve electricty and save you money.
