YCC244 - Sprinkler water at 20 Moonstone Byway still not shut off

Justin,

I left messages at the office, I called and spoke with the superintendent Sunday (Jerry) to tell them the patio water is not yet shut off (at least at 20 Moonstone Byway) but they seem to not care about it.
It's going to be freezing soon, the wall pipes might brake and somebody is going to pay for damages just because these guys are ignorant.
Please call them and ask them to shut off the patio water imediately.
It's not summer anymore.
The water should be turned back on in April / May 2011 deppending on the weather conditions.

Unit 183

P.S. This is going to be posted on Residents' blog as well

  2. Well, the water is still not shut off. Guess who's going to pay for the broken pipes, if any? The OWNERS! Management, Board and Superintendents look to be busy with more important issues.

  3. IT IS MANAGEMENTS JOB TO INSTRUCT THE SUPERS JOB WHAT TO DO, AND AS USUAL THEY HAVE FALLEN DOWN ON THE JOB...TO BUSY WITH OTHER PROPERTYS..

WE NEED AN ONSITE MANAGER TO SEE THAT THESE THINGS ARE DONE!!!!!! THIS BOARD MUST BE BLIND TO THESE THINGS OR SIMPLY DON'T CARE!!!

If they are so great why are they NOW BREAKING THE LAW .. READ THE CONO ACT ....NANCY MUST STEP DOWN , HER POSITION MUST BECOME AVAILABLE TO BE VOTED ON AT THIS AGM!!! WHAT DON'T YOU GET... they have stated that only 3 positions are to be voted on. THERE SHOULD BE 4 POSITIONS ....EVEN IF SHE STEPED DOWN NOW ONLY THREE POSITIONS CAN BE FILLED ...THE LAW READ IT!!! AND YOU WANT US TO TRUST THEM ?????

I GUESS THERE IS NO DOUBT WHO,S SIDE YOU ARE ON...IF WE ARE TO HAVE AN HONEST BOARD WHY NOT START NEW WITH ONE THAT FOLLOWS THE LAW...IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK..+
